2019年3月开始, the process in which students claim their 大学 NetIDs and change their 大学 NetID passwords will be changing. Students will now be able to change their 大学 NetID passwords at anytime using the NetID客户管理中心. Students will also be able to reset their password via challenge questions.
Students are encouraged to update their personal email addresses, 手机号码, and emergency contact information in NEST in order to make sure the process is as seamless as possible.

After successfully creating their new password, the student will be able to login to any service requiring their 大学 NetID and password.
The student will also receive an email to their personal email address confirming that they had recently changed their password and steps to take in case this was done maliciously.
